Plain or Chunky?
How important are communication skills to the job seeker?
In a unique effort to identify job seekers who can share thoughts
in a clear and concise manner, BuzzFeed is asking applicants for a support
specialist position to replace their standard cover letters with instructions on
how to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
The format of the instructions is wide open (text, video,
etc.). The only requirement is that the tutorial results in a “really delicious
sandwich.”
Interested? Here’s the job posting.
